Miss Contestants must be unmarried as of the start date of the pageant event. Maximum age 27. No restrictions on height, weight, shape, tattoos or height.

Teen Contestants to be 14 - 17 years old and must be accompanied by one parent or guardian throughout the day and night. 


Code of Conduct

Delegate shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring in to disrepute any of the “Senorita Estados Unidos Organization” or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its representatives, sponsors and/or licensees; that she has not appeared in, or posed for, any nude or provocative photographs prior to, during the preliminary or pageant finals, or during her reign should she become the winner of the pageant.

Delegate will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the “Senorita Estados Unidos” Pageant and After should she win the title.

Delegate will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Pageant and staff. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against any “Senorita Estados Unidos Organization” pageant will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.

Any delegate found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums, social networking sites or any other public domain will be immediately disqualified and legal action will be taken.

Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges. 

Up on entering delegates parent / guardian will also be agreeing to the above and should they bring the pageant into disrepute as above, the delegate may

be disqualified, removed from the premises, legal charges, banned from the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization pageants or dethroned should the parent/guardian be representing a title holder. 


Limitation of Liability / Responsibility

​a) All delegates/contestants under 18 years, as of the start of the Pageant, must be accompanied at all events.

b) The parent or legal guardian will bear their own costs for all expenses including travel and accommodation.

c) Winner of all states must compete in the main US National finals the same or following year, paid for you or by your state director. If you cannot compete your title will be handed down to the next highest scoring contestant. Should the title holder not want to compete close to the US nationals, the title holder may be asked to reimburse the pageant the full US entry fee and return any prizes, crowns and sashes. 

d) Miss and Teen Nationals winners must not compete in a charity pageant, another national or international beauty pageant during their reign including modelling competitions/like competitions on social media.  The title holder must give up their title before competing in another charity, national or international pageant. Should you compete in another charity, national or international pageant without informing your director or asking, your title will be handed down automatically to the next highest scoring lady; with all prizes.

e) Should any contestant enter and be accepted into another pageant before handing down their title, their new director will be informed and a public statement will be released to why they are no longer a title holder and will no longer be accepted into any The Senorita Estados Unidos Organization unless the Pageant owner agrees to it. Full US entry fee must be paid immediately or legal charges may apply. 

The Senorita Estados Unidos Organization, Entrants agree:

a) To attend the Senorita Estados Unidospageant nationals the following year if selected as the winner of any state. 

b) If selected as a Senorita Estados Unidos Organization winner in any state or  regional US nationals, delegate agrees make a minimum of 15 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the director of the pageant. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Senorita Estados Unidos Organization pageant, with photos of appearances for the website and promotion. Should any Senorita Estados Unidos Organization title holder/winner fail to make the minimum of 15 appearances during their years reign without speaking with their director, they must complete their reign through to their hand over date but will be required to leave their crown at the hand over competition to their director before leaving, keeping their sash for memory.

c) Senorita Estados Unidos Organization winners/title holders are expected to give their time and energy to this title and this title only during their year’s reign. Should there be no attempt of any promotion or appearances of your title during your reign we have the right to dethrone you and hand the title to the first runner up should she choose to accept it however if you are not unable to full fill your duties you must inform us and we will hand down the title to the next highest placing lady to represent the title unless you keep in touch and speak with your director throughout. This includes ignoring or not taking into consideration regarding the pageant, or any correspondence from directors of Senorita Estados Unidos Organization members

d) That Senorita Estados Unidos Organization is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, contestants or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to delegates and winners at any Senorita Estados Unidos Organization pageant.

e) That the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization pageants are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host venue.

f) That the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization pageants are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.

g) That the date/venue of the pageant is subject to change and in such a case, the entrant is not eligible for a refund.

h) That prizes given by Senorita Estados Unidos Organization Sponsors to prize winners are not the responsibility of Senorita Estados Unidos Organization and cannot be held liable for any sponsor not fulfilling their prizes to winners. 

i) That entrants under 18 years will be accompanied at all times during the finals by a parent or legal guardian and they are the sole responsibility of the parent/legal guardian. They are not the responsibility of Senorita Estados Unidos Organization and must not leave the venue or the contestant.

j) Any Prize offered is subject to the minimum participation of 20 contestants in the categories that the prize was offered. 


Entry Fee & Payments

States Delegate's sash will be ordered and delegate’s entry made official after payment has been received in full to the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization.

Delegate's deposit reserves an area title/placement for a period of two weeks. If full payment is not received by the end of the two-week period, the place will be awarded to another contestant unless the director is in contact with the contestant/parent/guardian. Should a partial or fully  paid contestant decide not to compete, no monies will be refunded, including their deposit if any placed.  


Winners entry fee into to an International Pageant will be funded by Senorita Estados Unidos Organization only if the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization is agree to send the winner to the International Pageant. In the case of this not being possible due to lack of funds, the chosen Senorita Estados Unidos Miss/Teen winners will still be able to compete in the winning title pageant however they must cover their own entry fees or find a sponsor. Should a chosen winner for any of the above not be able to compete in any of the competitions nationals or international, they must inform their director as soon as possible of their situation and they must be prepared to hand down the title to the next highest scoring lady to ensure the pageant always have a representative in the International Pageant. All winner must arrange for the crown & sash provided to be send back to the director of the pageant to be able to get it to the next lady or to be sent directly to the new title holder.

Senorita Estados Unidos Organization accepts no responsibility for winner’s travel, clothes, food or hotel for any international and national’s finals including all preliminary competitions for the National Senorita Estados Unidos event.

All parents/friends/family/guardians of all winners must fund their own travel, hotel, food and clothes. Crown & Glory Pageants hold no responsibility for covering these costs or arrangements.

Refund Policy

All fees paid to Senorita Estados Unidos Organization are NOT REFUNDABLEand NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers. 

Photography & Videography – Minors

Adults accompanying Delegates, who are under 18 years of age as of the pageant date, authorize the right for Photography & Videography to be used by the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization this includes internet, websites, printed publications and all events. 


Disqualification / Title Relinquishment

​If delegate is disqualified or relinquishes, for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received.

Should this not be the case, the delegate is required to pay in full the cost of replacing all prizes for the next contestant.

Travel

Delegates make their own travel arrangements. Senorita Estados Unidos Organization is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes involving travel to the pageant competition.


Hotel

Friends and Families must make their own hotel reservations and arrangements. 

Publicity and Promotion

By virtue of participation in the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization, delegate agrees to allow the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Delegate understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the Internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization may be used for publicity and promotion by the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization, the delegate must own the copyright to these images or have obtained permission prior to submission. Delegate agrees to release the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Delegate agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.

Agreement

The Senorita Estados Unidos Organization entrant/title holder/parents/guardian agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant/title holder/parent/guardian fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization into disrepute, for which a decision will be made at the Director’s digression, the Senorita Estados Unidos Organization Director has the right to terminate the entrants contract immediately, reclaim the entrants sash and crown and authorize the deletion of all photos containing the Senorita Estados Unidos Sash & Senorita Estados Unidos crown. (Title holder includes all titles awarded to any girl in all divisions)

Upon entering and upon winning a title, a parent/guardian agrees to be above terms and conditions. Should a parent/guardian bring the pageant into disrepute, the pageant director will take it upon the pageant committee and has the rights to terminate the agreement for the child.

By submitting the entry form and fee(s) to The Senorita Estados Unidos Organization, delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by The Senorita Estados Unidos Organization on this website
